Shipping & Returns
- The standard shipping rate on all products is 12.5% unless otherwise noted on the product page. Most products are in stock and ship within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.
- If a product is out of stock, Smart Fixtures will notify you by phone or email within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
- Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. In some cases, products will ship from multiple locations. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
- We make every effort to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Smaller items will ship UPS or FedEx Ground and can be tracked online at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com. Larger items must ship on a large truck (due to weight, size or fragility).
- All products on our site include standard shipping. With standard shipping, your order will arrive to you within 3-8 days from the time of order. If you need an item to arrive sooner, please contact us at 800-393-7581 and we will provide you with a quote.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us at 888-762-7841 and we will do our best to accommodate.
- We do accept international orders. Please contact us at to obtain a custom quote.
- In the event a product arrives to you and is damaged, we ask that you note the issue on the delivery slip, take a photo (if you can) and contact us right away by phone or email. We will respond to your message within 12 hours and will provide you with replacements or a refund. Please hold onto the product and packaging until we provide further instruction.
- Product can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at to initiate a return. We will apply a refund to your card for the original product price less the cost of return shipping. All items must be returned to us in original packaging and in new condition. A restocking fee will apply if these two conditions are not met. A restocking fee will also apply to any return over $1000 total.
