The Initial Interview:
A salon owner contacts a Design Specialist to discuss their current space, the products being carried, and the displays and fixtures they currently use. Along the way the Design Specialist learns about how much space the salon owner has and how people walk through the salon. From there, a design is formulated based on the salon owner's ideas and the recommendations of the Design Specialist.
The Design Stage:
The Design Specialist takes the information and collaborates with the Smart Fixtures design team to determine the best layout for the salon. Next, a 3-dimensional design is created, representing how the salon would look after installing the new Smart Fixtures.
Modifications & Decisions:
After receiving the design, the salon owner determines if the plan makes sense for the salon. After talking through the layout and considering other details such as budget and project costs, the salon owner decides to purchase the displays and fixtures as designed in the 3D rendering.
Delivery & Installation:
Many of the fixture designs selected for the salon are custom displays. However, everything the salon owner needed is delivered in a week, providing plenty of time to get acquainted with the fixtures and how to set them up. The new fixtures and displays are simple to assemble; in fact, nearly all of the fixtures purchased were assembled without any tools!
